we live with a dep-seated view in our culture that a woman's role is in the house.She is to manage everithing in the family,from kitchen work to leducation of their children.That old-fashioned has now gone in Indonesia from the society
as a result of kartini's struggle for Emancipation.The first struggle was only limited to education,but it has developed into an overall aspect of life.We can see more career woman than we thought we expected.
It is not difficult to be a success career woman,because I think that The really successfull career woman is one who can still bring success to the Children despite her activities outside the Family.Can all career woman be that wise ? :mikir
We must know the Problems if The Parents only interesting with their Job.Working parents must keep harmony in the Family.They must manage the time that their spend with their really "Quality Time".The quality time,in the time which people can make the best for their benefit,also worriers father.WORKING fathers and Career Woman must concerned about their children's future,social bearing and attotude toward the world.Will the children be able to stand on their own without their parents interfering in preparation ?.
